Chris Lodge
Chris
Lodge is a bird artist currently based in East Anglia, UK. He
has previously lived at various locations throughout Britain and for
two years in Massachusetts USA. He has travelled widely
in recent years but his current bird paintings are of species
observed in Suffolk where he is now living and painting.
Chris Lodge
paints with acrylics a medium which suits his bold and realistic style.
Each of his paintings captures the character of the bird depicted
along with the light and mood of the moment it was watched.
Chris regularly
exhibits his bird art at the British Birdwatching Fair and a selection
of his work is currently displayed at The Birdscapes
Gallery in Norfolk. His paintings are hung in private collections throughout
the UK, Europe and the United States.
