Guidelines for bird illustrators regarding submissions of bird art
General information.

If you would like to see your bird art or illustrations displayed on this website, please read the guidelines for submissions below.

Bird artists whose work is accepted for publication on birdingart.com, will receive a "Bird artist profile" on the website, be included in the birdingart.com bird art gallery and for bird artists with their own websites a direct link from below each image to their website.

Decisions about which images are accepted for publication on this website rest solely with birdingart.com, there is no guarantee that any images submitted will be published.

Both professional and amateur bird artists are invited to submit their work.

From the 1st of January 2008 the annual subscription fee to exhibit work at birdingart.com will be from £50 depending on number of images displayed. Further details regarding payments will be supplied to artists after their bird art has been accepted for publication at birdingart.com.

Any of the above information is subject to change at the discretion of birdingart.com without notice.

Guidelines for submissions

The first step is to read our terms and conditions,click here.

The second step is to submit a small sample of your work to birdingart.com, the easiest way to do this is as an attachment to an email (there is a size limit of 1 megabyte per email), click here. If you wish to send images through the postal system, please email us to receive our postal address. Please note, items sent to birdingart.com by post cannot be returned, therefore do not send original artwork or valuable prints as birdingart.com will not accept liability for any such items under any circumstances. After your work has been considered for publication on birdingart.com, you will receive an email informing you if you have been successful.

Successful applicants will also receive further details of how to submit their chosen images and be asked for further details and information required by birdingart.com to facilitate the publication of their artwork on the website.
